RETURN POLICY:

We will gladly take back any unworn goods and issue you a full refund. No merchandise will be accepted for return without first obtaining a return authorization number (RMA number)by calling us at 321-259-5233. All merchandise accepted for return must be in its original packaging, and must be received by us within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Shipping Charges are not refundable. If an item received is damaged the customer must bring to our attention within 7 business days describing the nature of the problem. Customer is reponsible for all return costs. Any defective products carry the Mephisto 100% guarantee. Your satisfaction is our goal! All returned items must be in an unworn and undamaged condition with the original packaging.

All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured to the location specified in our Return Policy Section.

A full refund will be issued once we receive your return in an unworn and undamaged condition in the original packaging.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY ITEMS PRIOR TO OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER.

Sales Tax

Any order shipped within the state of Florida is subject to sales tax (6.0%).

Credit Card Orders

Credit card transactions will appear on your credit card statement as a transaction from Wuttke Inc.

Delivery Turnaround

All orders received by 3pm EST are processed on the same business day.

Shipping

We ship with Fed-Ex, and UPS. All items are insured for the full value of purchase. On any returns or exchanges the buyer is responsible to make any claims with the carrier who lost or damaged their merchandise.

Defective Merchandise

It is the buyer's responsibility to return any defective merchandise to be replaced. We require insuring your return shipment for the full value of purchase. WUTTKE, Inc. is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Replacement merchandise will generally be returned via Fedex or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping methods are available, however the buyer will be responsible for paying the extra shipping charges. The buyer must first obtain a (RMA#) prior to returning any defective merchandise.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled after they are processed will be subject to a 10% service charge.

Miscellaneous

The Buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or misuse of these products. By placing an order, the Buyer signifies agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Please Note: WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. ORDERS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE OF $30.00.
